Feedback System.
Feedback
System:
In the body a feedback system is a cycle of
events where the condition is monitored, evaluated and changed constantly,
everything is being monitored, like body temperature, blood pressure, glucose,
and so on.
The feedback system is divided in three parts:
A receptor (body structure such as a
nerve ending), a control center
(sets the range of values, evaluates the input it receives and generates
output) and an effector (Muscle or
gland that receives the output).
A positive feedback
system it´s when you ingest into your body several chemicals and these make
a good effect in you.
An example of positive feedback system:
- · When you exercise and eat proteins and your muscular mass starts to grow.
- · When you are sick and the antibiotics you are taking in are working against the sickness.
A Negative
feedback system is the opposite, this occurs when your body makes an action
and your system reacts in a detrimental way.
An example of negative feedback system:
- · When you don´t have enough potassium in your body and your muscles start to have electric spasms.
- · When your blood does not have the enough chemicals, it needs and you suffer of an Anemia.
